I am a lifelong athlete and personal trainer to my brand, BNICKFIT. Fitness has been everything to me from the moment I stepped into sports as a child. I love all things fitness from strength training, to classes and have enjoyed figuring out what works for my body and my goals. I am gluten and dairy free and have learned to cook in a way that I still enjoy all the foods I love while also trying new things. Early in my career, I decided to make the transition to training women only, as I wanted to build a community that makes working out feel less intimidating. I thrive to help women and teach them how to train towards their goals. I’m a girl’s girl!
